Top Quality Milanesa
Milanesa Beef Steak
With the best rump steaks, sirloin and square steaksBeef, breadcrumbs, water, wheat flour enriched according to law 25630, starch, soy protein isolate, salt, garlic powder, onion powder. Contains wheat and soy derivatives.
In the oven: without defrosting, cook over high heat reaching a minimum temperature of 200° C for 10 minutes on each side.
On the grill: without defrosting, cook over moderate heat reaching a minimum temperature of 180° C for 8 minutes on each side.
In a deep fryer: without defrosting, cook over moderate heat reaching a minimum temperature of 180° C, with plenty of oil, for 2 and a half minutes.
In all cases, reach a temperature of 74° C in the center of the product, so that no pink juices are released or there are traces of such color on the cut surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
Fried: The oil should be at 180ºC and the Milanesa should be placed in the oven for approximately 3 to 4 minutes without defrosting. To obtain a better browning, do it on both sides.
In the oven: Place the Milanesa on a baking tray greased with oil or vegetable spray without defrosting and cook for 18 to 20 minutes at 230º C.
In the air fryer: 6 minutes, without defrosting and ready to serve!
